Jerry Brotzge serves as the State Climatologist of Kentucky, the Director of the Kentucky Climate Center (KCC), and Director of the Kentucky Mesonet. He also serves as Professor of Meteorology in the Department of Earth, Environmental and Atmospheric Sciences at Western Kentucky University.
Megan Schargorodski is the Assistant State Climatologist and KY Mesonet Manager. She has a BS in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma and MS in Homeland Security Sciences with a concentration in Emergency Management-Disaster Science from Western Kentucky University.
